Hip Hop Thursday SMAKdown!

It seems I may sound like a broken record, but I love me some SMAK stamps!  I am strictly a scrapbooker and I am here to testify that you can use these stamps over and over again on all sorts of layouts and project life pages.  Over. And. Over. Again.  Seriously.  It's a great investment.  Plus you don't have to shop around or leave your house.  it just comes automatically to you mailbox each and EVERY month! You just can't beat that with a stick, now can you?!

Because I like to mix and match my smack kits, I also included stamps from the January SMAk kit, December 2013 SMAK kit,  and March SMAK kit as well.  The circles in the bottom right  came from the Layers of Life.

hello hello hello!  so here is a layout of my only boy and middle child, ryan.  i found this first grade pic of my baby and was missing his peanut self.  he is in 7th grade now and will turn 13 in april!  he will let me snuggle on him from time to time, but it's nothing like it used to be when he was this age.

WUT UP, WUT UP?!?!  i am coming to you from the heart of the midwest...with FRIGID temps!  we are (with the wind chills) -25 degrees BELOW ZERO!!  although this is nothing new.  it's been like this most of the new year. ;0

ryan is my middle child, my only boy.  his daddy is a cop and his papa is a retired secret service agent and army guy.  weapons are in his DNA. :) love this kid and his love for boy stuff.  :)

well, it's that time in the school year again.  i am wrapping things up with my first grade class adn getting ready for summer break.  woo to the hoo!

my little peanut.  everything new thing she did was an "alert the media" sort of event.

well now i have a REAL "alert the media event" to share.

 i am proud to announce that we just found out that she made (as a freshman) the VARSITY SOCCER TEAM for her high school.  woo to the hoo! can't wait to see her play (although at the moment the soccer fields in our area are all covered with snow!)!

sooooo...this is going to be short and sweet.  no 90's hip hop video today. ;)  we, at the erickson household, are all getting over sickness (of a large variety) and i am playing catch up on everything.  seriously, how can two days off laundry duty result in piles and piles of what looks like laundry from a family of 15!?!?
