smak + project life = hip hop

wut up?!  i got to see my daughter's first svarsity soccer game tuesday...while it was SNOWING and BLOWING and FREEZING!

proof:

my hunter husband was SUPER handy and macgyver-like and brought me this propane heater to sit by.  it was AWESOME!

i wore 3 pairs of socks, fur lined boots, 2 pairs of long johns under my sweats, 2 compression tanks, 1 long sleeve shirt and 1 thermal, 1 hoodie, 2 pairs of gloves, 1 hat, 1, huge fleece blanket, and 2 winter coats.  it was crazy cold for march 18th.  worst part...they are calling for more flippin' snow this weekend!!!

meanwhile, back at the scrapbooking ranch...

 i am proud to announce that we just found out that she made (as a freshman) the VARSITY SOCCER TEAM for her high school.  woo to the hoo! can't wait to see her play (although at the moment the soccer fields in our area are all covered with snow!)!

well hello, SMAK kit! of all my stamps, you are my favorite! see here:

my oldest started high school this year. i immediately thought of all the graduation parties i have ever attended. i figured that it would be oh-so-very-wrong to put up cheesey posters of pictures for my kid's party. so i am, for once, ahead of he game and creating project life style ablums for megan's high school years. i am ALSO going back and doing books for her (and all my kids) childhood. AWESOME!

sooooo...this is going to be short and sweet.  no 90's hip hop video today. ;)  we, at the erickson household, are all getting over sickness (of a large variety) and i am playing catch up on everything.  seriously, how can two days off laundry duty result in piles and piles of what looks like laundry from a family of 15!?!?

he-ey!  wut up, buttercups?!  i am about to lose it on blogger!  i can not even upload my pics to my blog without jumping thru hoops and copy and pasting and all sorts of annoying stuff.  wth?!  if anyone has any suggestions for how to fix this irritation, i would REALLY appreciate it!
